RKYO - Possibly the most powerful media force in modern London, sharing that title with the Times. RKYO is host to the most popular Radio Girls, the most widely listened to and syndicated dramas, and hosts regular media events at witch citizens can meet some of the faces behind the voices they listen to from day to day. RKYO also boasts the somewhat stretches totle of being the 'first', since one of the original stations slowly became what is now RKYO. They still hold quite a lot of power, and make a significant amount of money.
WSPR - Jokingly called 'whisper' by some of it's employees, WR network is the leading competitor to the behemoth that is RKYO. It has a few new and popular radio girls, and is known much more for it's journalistic integrity than the other network, being more fond of stealing top stories fromt he Times than trotting out it's stars to have their pictures taken.
The Times - The most revered and respected paper in London. Anyone working in this office will find it staid, stenetorian, and rather sure of its influence over the reading public. The cheif editor is an old man, and a veteran of several actions in various colonies. It's a widely told joke that he directs his journalists the same way he did his mercenaries.
The Clarion - A slightly more upbeat paper, newer and catering to the curiosity and interests of the public. Perhaps journalistic standards aren't quite the same as they are at the Times, but several engaging society and gossip writers, as well as lifestyle writing keep this paper widely read and respected.
